Remote Learning
If your child is absent from school due to an unavoidable school closure or an infectious disease that means your child needs to isolate (and they are otherwise well and healthy), we will provide learning. In Key Stage 2, this will be through Teams with a mixture of live sessions and work set. Some children will be sent work packs. In Key Stage 1 and EYFS, work will be through work packs. In some situations, children will have live sessions.
If you require a device, please contact school and we will arrange for it to be collected or dropped off where possible.
Whilst at home, children can access TTRockstars and Purple Mash.
Children in Key Stage 1 are expected to work for around 3 hours per day with children in Key Stage 2 around 4 hours. For younger children the expectation is lower.
Teachers will utilise the Oak National Academy sessions as well and post links to these. Feel free to access additional sessions using the link below. There are also videos showing how to complete a range of calculations on our website within the Children section.
