Welcome to Hamer Community Primary School

Our Values and Ethos

Care, Challenge and FUN!!

We are a busy but friendly school, with lots going on. This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils.

Hamer is a school that is based very much on valuing and working with all members of our school community - our children, parents, staff and our governors.   We also value our partnership with our local communities and the local authority.

We welcome ALL children to our school. We have high expectations of achievement in learning which includes personal and social development, both in school and in the wider community for all of our children.

We wish to provide education for opportunity - developing the skills and knowledge for our children to responsibly control their own lives and make their own choices, both now and in the future.

In the ever-changing landscape of education, Hamer is a school that strives not only to keep-up, but to innovate and get-ahead and we do this proudly, in partnership with the Connect schools collaborative, for ALL our children.

Likewise, in the ever-changing landscape of our world, we keep our values strong and our choices guided by a solid Hamer moral compass.  Our love and humanity will always shine through, no matter the circumstance.

We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find any information you are looking for. Please feel free to contact the school directly with any queries you may have.

Thank you for visiting!
